 + -1 morePlease see above remarks! A horrible experience which has taken up alot of my time and I still need this problem solved 1
Description of Work: He was to put a new roof on my home. HE WAS TO REMOVE ANY AND all soft or broken ply wood. and new paper and shingles. About a week later i noticed water running from my a/c. They were to remove the satellite and put shingles under which was not done! They did repair that after I showed them. They had bent the bottom platform of my a/c ..Which is not repaired! This is when i noticed several soft areas on my roof.. I called him he and his assistant came out adjusted the a/c pump.. I pointed out all the at leas 10 large soft places on the roof. plus i showed him the plywood from the attic several are worn out. He said he repaired some of the plywood.. I had wanted all of the bad plywood replaced as my insurance said they would access the damaged wood after old shingles were removed.. He got very defensive and said my roof would be uneven...He has yet to repair his horrible unprofessional and poor work! I am a women and he was degrading and very condescending! I am still waiting for this to be solved by him... He was also to repair a patio roof and there is still metal edging not attached!
