Description of Work: We needed to have a large dog door removed and the wall patched (including exterior stucco), as well as framing and installing a closet door in the garage and minor drywall patching throughout the house.

+ 1 moreThe owner is Ray Chinapi. He is really friendly, and gets the job done. He even goes to the extent of running to the home store to find a piece of equipment. He is also reliable. I would definitely refer him to friends. His rates are very reasonable, depending upon the job, he charges between $30 and $40 an hour. He breaks it down for you, what all he has bought and shows you everything. He is very honest.
Description of Work: We had a lot of handy work done by Rnb Painting & Renovating. They put in faucets, changed shower heads and a lot of little things around the house that needed to be done. They last came here on the 9th of this month.
