I contacted this company for a quote. I received an email from someone to schedule an estimate. I responded twice, but never heard back. I then let them know I'd be writing a review, and I heard from the owner. WHAT an attitude! She's using the same excuse (we're short staffed), but said she'd take care of it. I asked her for rough estimates on 4 of the gates I'm interested in. Got a very short response saying she would only give me estimates on 2 of them. They don't seem interested in new business, and I'm certainly not interested in dealing with that type of attitude.

Late in delivering. Office staff rude and unresponsive. Never followed through with correcting some minor issues.

We shopped several iron works for this purchase and were initially given a lowball price range for the work by the woman in the office. When we completed our specification and got a firm price, it was nearly double, but still very competitive for these services. We got over that irritation and proceeded with the purchase. They might have rated an A for price, but for that. Owner Edward Luna made the site measurements and provided valuable aesthetic/artistic input both then and later during fabrication of our order. Installation was completed without a hitch. Now they are six months old and we are very pleased with the craftsmanship, appearance and function.

Their responsiveness is inconsistent - I had great difficulty getting my calls/emails returned early in the job, but then the service improved as the job continued. I had specific requirements for the gate, not just functionally, but also aesthetically. I left some portion of the design up to their creativity. I would very much liked to have had a detail of the design BEFORE they built it, but luckily I was happy with the finished product even though it didn't include some design elements I wanted. The overall quality is excellent and far superior to another wrought iron company that I purchased my previous gate from. Installation was timely and efficient. I would work with this company again.

They did a good job. Price-wise, they were very good, they were polite, punctual, and they did just what we wanted, the gate looked fantastic so pretty much we were very happy with them. They're good value for money, they were friendly, you wouldn't think they were friendly because they had all the piercings and the studs but they were very friendly guys and very polite. They did very good.

Excellent expierence from start to finish.

Their communication was terrible and they did not return my calls properly. Their measurements were incorrect and they even stole some thing from me. The lock was incorrect. There was no follow-up or accountability. I have even made a complaint to the Chamber of Commerce.

Terrible experience. They stole a decorative item, they installed new gate incorrectly, didn't call to schedule installation, left keys in gate (I was out of town), didn't respond to my repeat attempts to correct problems, only responded when I threatened legal action. I would never refer them to others.
