Needed carpet cleaned in five rooms. They showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time and quickly set everything up to do the job. Very nice couple and I felt comfortable having them in my home.

Rio Rancho Carpet and Upholstery did a great job. Kelly and Kathy were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and very hard working. I am happy with how the carpet turned out.

Kelly and Kathy arrived early, discussed the job and costs, vacuumed, pre-treated, cleaned, and applied protectant. Only issue: price was quoted as $150 and did not mention extras for pet stains or ScotchGuard treatment. The actual price includes $130 for 4 rooms, $60 for pet stain treatment in 3 rooms, $100 for ScotchGuard in 4 rooms, and tax.

They did an excellent job of pre-treating stains and steam cleaning my carpets in 3 rooms. The carpets were cleaner than I expected and odorless.

They did very well. The carpet came out much better than I expected due to how soiled it was.

Our carpets have not been this clean in 20 years! Best carpet cleaning service we have ever had! We thought we had a good vacuum cleaner. This team extracted dog hair from our carpet that was probably from dogs that have been dead and gone for 10 years! They have the equipment, and the skills to get the job done! We will only use Rio Rancho Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning LLC in the future.
