+ -1 moreJohn Knox, the owner and operator of Rio Grande Grout Restoration responded to our telephone request on March 23rd to come to our home to give an estimate on restoring the grout in our kitchen floor tile. He gave us an estimate during this visit. We called him back later that day and scheduled the work for the next day. Promptly at 9am on March 23, John was on the scene and ready to work. He first painstakingly cleaned every tile and grout line in our large kitchen. This took approximately four hours. Next he applied a lighter color to all the grout lines after showing us several sample areas so we were sure it was the color we were looking for. Finally he sealed all the newly grouted surfaces and re-cleaned the tiles. The total project time was around eight hours. This was quite the professional job, and we were completely satisfied with the work. We would highly recommend John and his company.

We are not a cleaning service. We don't clean carpet, air ducts, upholstery or other materials. We clean and seal to insure long lasting satisfaction. As we specialize in tile and grout, we use the correct techniques. Instead of remodeling, our repairs are done to save you time and money.
