Randall Structural Engineering

Mr. Randall inspected my project and provided guidance on the steps to take to complete it, including a call for a city inspection. He told me that if the city requires written changes, he would do that and charge me at that time. I felt that he listened to me and provided exactly what I had asked. His prognosis was more positive than I had expected. I was very satisfied with his diagnostic work. I would be delighted to recommend him to anyone who needs to have a construction project evaluated. He spoke clearly and seemed intent on getting things sorted out expediently.

Jeremy was very prompt and courteous and provided drawings for the was about 1.5 weeks after his initial inspection. He also worked with the contractor regarding questions and changes in the design.

Jeremy was very responsive, and showed up early for the appointment even though it was in Santa Fe (and he is in ABQ). He was very comprehensive with his review, and wrote up a comprehensive report which he delivered to me the next day. He was very helpful, very punctual and I would absolutely recommend him.

He called me back within minutes of the message I left; he was able to come to my property the same day, and he had the report and contractor recommendations to me the next business day. He also had ideas for what I could do for my land which I had deemed unusable. I will definitely be contacting him for another assessment once it's time to go ahead and start upgrading my property.

Jeremy was very thorough in his inspections. He took the time to "teach us" and to make sure that we understood the structure of our home.He answered all of our questions completely and he was very professional in every way. He promptly emailed a summary with what was said and a diagram of our home. We were very satisfied with his work.

The entire experience was fantastic! Jeremy answered to phone himself, listened to my concerns, and was able to come out the same day to inspect my home. He was very thorough, explaining everything in detail that he was seeing as we walked through my house and looked over blue prints. He described everything so that I could understand what was going on. I spoke with a couple of other engineers before I called Jeremy and did not get a good feeling about their services. Jeremy was the complete opposite. Highly recommend him and I will definitely be calling back for any further questions/concerns!

Mr. Randall was very responsive to my call and came out the next day. He inspected all the cracks and other areas of my home and told me that it wasn't a structural issue. In some cases it was just cracks where drywall joints met that due to expansion and contraction of the home caused these hairline cracks. He even gave me instructions on how to fix them with a silicon caulk. Because it wasn't a structural problem there was no cost. He was very professional and took the time to check more than just where the cracks were to insure my structure was sound.

Mr. Randall is very good. He actually answered the phone when I called, was punctual, professional, and, knowledgeable. He came once to listen to my concerns and check the living room ceiling and the drywall cracks caused by the construction company when they upgraded my home's parapets. I had been standing in the living room when I heard a very loud, awful noise over a specific part of the house. Mr. Randall came back to go up to the roof with the construction company president to inspect the roof. There was no damage and he said that the roof was in good condition. There was patio cover damage that he looked at and corroborated another evaluator's opinion about the patio cover damage. He gave me peace of mind and wrote the report that I asked him to write for my benefit and for the construction company.

Jeremy is GREAT! I contacted my roofer to come out and look at the roof I had put on February of 2014. I started to hear unusual noises coming from the roof that travel the length of my house. The noises I hear are loud, popping, and creaking; a little different than simply settling, I thought. The roofing consultant was very concerned and recommended I contact a well-known structural engineering firm. (I am still waiting for a call back; seven days later.) I contacted Jeremy. of Randall Structural Engineering He answered the phone promptly, he set up a time for the same day. He arrived right on time. Jeremy visually evaluated the inside, outside, and the attic area of my home. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and I found him to be trustworthy. I offered to pay him for his time and effort; he did not know that I would have paid, gladly, for the comfort that he provided in knowing that my home is sound. This is all I needed.
