PHIL AND NICOLES HANDYMAN SERVICES

I called this company in the early afternoon on a Saturday with an urgent plumbing problem that required me to turn the water off at the main. There was a gushing leak in my front yard. This company is based minutes away from my house and I had used them before about three years ago with satisfactory results. I still had their business card. I considered the fact that they are listed on Angie's List a plus even though they were not rated and had no reviews. I spoke with Manuel the owner, who said he remembered me, and I described the problem to him. He said he was in Albuquerque but could come by later in the day and would call me when he was near by. Two hours later I checked back in with him to get a time frame and he said it would be "a good hour" before he'd be back in the area. When it started getting dark four hours later, I decided to write this review. Manuel Lopez, whose business card states "Christian Owned & Operated," simply blew me off, knowing I had no water going to my house. How base is that.

Very well. He called ahead to tell me he was coming on pre-determined day. He came with another worker and they were pleasant and fast and did an excellent job repairing the sprinkler system.

IT WAS VERY A GOOD EXPERIENCE. HE HAD EVERYTHING DONE IN LESS THAN HALF A DAY. THE SWAMP COOLER WORKS GREAT AND HE DID EXCELLENT WORK. I FELT LIKE I HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.
