The idea behind PC Mobile Pro is to bring excellent customer service to a field that is notorious for unfriendly customer service. Or the fact that most techs behave as if you're bothering them. At PC Mobile Pro I do not believe this nor do I exercise that type of behavior. I believe in bringing friendly, kind, knowledgeable and quick service to my clients. Humble beginnings: Like Dell or Apple began in the garages of their founders, PC Mobile Pro began in an upstairs room of our home. After much growth, we moved to Rio Rancho; where we currently reside and do business. PC Mobile Pro is made up of 1 main member: Josh Nelson, who is A+ Certified and Network+ Certified. Because we are a family owned computer repair business, we understand the needs of our clients and relate to them very well. We have a great deal of return clients and referrals because of the excellent customer service I adhere to and believe in. Just wanted to put in a post for this company, thier definitly worth using. They dropped by and picked up my gaming PC that was having some issues powering up, I figured it was probably a simple issue but not being tech savvy wanted somone who was look it over. They got it in, ran a diagnostic and got it running again after a couple of days. The fact the company does a pick up and drop off of your computer is great, saved me time and sleep. Super appreciate you guys, thanks for the help.

My entire experience with Josh and PC Mobile Pro was excellent! My less-than-2-year-old laptop had been “fixed” previously by another computer repair business. I thought I’d give Josh and his company a try because the same problem had arisen just a year later. From pickup to dropoff Josh was professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything to me from start to finish. His turnaround time was fantastic! I found him to be highly competent. I am pleased to say that I have found someone to handle any and all of my future needs if I have any computer related issues. I highly recommend Josh and PC Mobile Pro for diagnosis and repair of any computer related issues you may have.

Did not deliver what was agreed (file retrieval) but demanded and got full payment. In addition, deleted administrative control also so I am unable to add or remove any programs as I am not the administrator now. My computer is ruined now. I am still trying to find somebody who really know how to fix computers.
Description of Work: I used this gentleman 4-5 months ago to retrieve accidentally deleted files from my computer. I went to him after reading excellent goggle reviews.

You have clearly been told that it was you who deleted the admin account. I brought it to your attention the day you dropped off the computer. Also, you stated that you had reinstalled the operating system after formatting the drive. The data that was retrieved was all that anyone could get due to you formatting the drive. No data recovery center can guarantee 100% data retrieval. Obviously you are one of those people who likes to ruin the reputation of others instead of taking responsibility for messing your own computer up.

Description of Work: My computer was not connecting to the internet. Josh fixed the problem and took the time to inform us about how we could improve our computer's performance. Josh is very knowledgeable about computers, and he also has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend his service for all computer needs!! Thanks, Josh!

excellent, I was visiting the area (no home base). Josh came by the place I was staying, pick up the computer, ordered the part for delivery the next day, replaced the fan, delivered it back to me the next morning for a good price. Everything works great.....would work with Josh again.
