+ 1 moreThey listened took notes and they said they would arrange everything and get me a quote but they never returned or called back. I called them back several times and they would answer, apologize and said they would get on it but never did. Weeks went by and I never heard from them again. Very strange. Before all this, they did some electrical work, which I was pleased with, at reasonable prices. But I will not call them again, because of the disrespect.

+ -1 moreI asked Mock and Son for an estimate for electrical work in a bathroom. They came to the home to view the project, and promised to send the estimate by week's end. When the week passed, I called and left a message asking for the status of their estimate. That message went unanswered. This bespeaks a fundamental rudeness and lack of professionalism that should be taken into account when considering hiring this company.
Description of Work: Wasted my time by never submitting his estimate for work.

+ 0 moreThis father and son team do very professional quality work. The cables are run and terminated in a very organized manner, the sensors and camera are installed properly and securely. There was no cabling problem, no false alarms. They also did the extra step to properly protect the outside cables from casual tempering. Their work was tidy and they took care of not messing up the house. Best of all, they are competitive in price and helped me save some money compared to going with a full service alarm company like ADT.
Description of Work: I had a custom house built and Mock N Son did all the low voltage rough in for alarms, surveillance cameras and Ethernet data cables. After the house was built, I hired them to put up my video surveillance cameras (5) and installed a alarm monitoring system.

Description of Work: Repaired a roof leak, fixed several light fixtures in the house, added 2-light fixtures in the garage and straped all the loose electrical wiring in the garage at right angles to the rafters. Wiring was left in an unsafe condition by another of your contractors.

+ 2 moreDon and son Cody are an amazing father and son team. They are quick to respond to my calls, are always appropriate in my home, and know the best way to repair and maintain the home. I will use their services as long as I reside in this part of New Mexico and I consider myself lucky to have such a home maintenance/repair team...I lucked out when I chose them! Plus, they are affordable and charge by the hour and don't waste time...this is a big plus because I've employed others who dragged out jobs. The Mocks are just good people ! Real professionals.
Description of Work: Recently fixed swamp cooler, puppy-proofed gate in yard. In past have attended to all my home repair and maintenance needs, inc. switch out microwave, spring and fall home prep, seasonal swamp cooler tasks, electric wiring, painting, home security, lots of stuff over the past year.
