Came on time and finished within a resonable amount of time, even though I added a couple of items that weren't on my original ist.

Mark was very professional and personable. Returned my phone call promptly and arrived at the scheduled time. Fixed the problem and explained what had caused it and how I could avoid it in the future. Checked my other faucets to make sure there were no obvious problems. I won't hesitate to call him again.

Mark was prompt and professional. He came the same day we called, and he was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our problem (that was caused by a previous plumber using cheap parts), and fixed it correctly. We found him to be personable and easy to work with. We will definitely call him again.

I called Mark and asked him to come out to the house the house to give me a quote to repair a broken water pipe in an exterior wall. He was punctual and we discussed possibilities and options. I did an exploratory hole on his suggestion and could not find the leak where we expected it to be. I called Mark back to have him tear into the wall from the outside to find and repair the leak, expecting that a large hole would have to be cut into the stucco. He was able to find the leak in an unneeded pipe and fix the leak with a minimal cutting into the stucco and he replaced a bib so that the bib for the air conditioner was now separate. He did a great job and was great to work with. i would definitely call him again!

Made a phone call. Described problem. Mark knew the problem and solution just from my description. He came within two hours. Assessed the situation. Cleared the drain, and cleaned up. He then spent time telling me what to do to prevent this from happening again; also, he through the house addressing other plumbing and heating problems I have confirming solutions I have heard before [but other plumbers have not the time or expertise to perform]. I would highly recommend Mark's Plumbing, but then he may become too busy to come next time I need him

Mark came a number of times, first to deal with "gurgling" between my kitchen sink and water softener in the laundry room by reaming out the pipes. We then had a severe drop in temperature and a great deal of the state froze. I had a pipe burst under the house and Mark, while having many emergencies, was able to fit me in to his schedule. His staff went under the house and fixed the broken pipe. Mark returned later to remove the water softener (which no longer worked and was going to cost more to have fixed than buying a new one), rechecked the broken water pipe under the house, looked at a toilet and bathroom sink I was having trouble with, telling me what parts needed to be replaced later and unclogged the right side of my kitchen sink so I could use it again. Through all of this, Mark and his staff were professional, friendly and informative. They were very easy to talk to and Mark obviously has extensive knowledge of plumbing. It was clear that he likes what he does and that makes a huge difference when someone is providing such an important service in your home. Also, I thought his services were quite reasonable, as I was expecting to pay more. Nice surprise! I would highly recommend Mark's Plumbing and Heating!

Very professional. He does return calls. Well groomed and clean cut. He is very busy so it may take some time to get him scheduled. But he is worth the wait.

Mark's service was recommended by our regular Plumbing/Heating guy when he was too overloaded with work. Mark arrived promptly, reamed out two drain areas, and best of all, he was NEAT and CLEAN about it. He spread protective tarps and towels in the right places and took extra care not to damage the cabinetry -- not your ordinary plumber! Mark is also a very pleasant person to deal with.
