Installers did a good job and were easy to work with. They are not Home Depot employees just contract workers. The HD install price was $100 for the entire job. They run some nice specials.

Generally I had no complaints. They had most of the things that I would want and the prices are good. The staff are helpful.

We actually had a good experience with Home Depot. I noticed that there was a cut in the carpet on the stairwell after they installed it, I called them, and with in several hours I had an appointment for them to fix that. They did that right away.

They gave me a quote of $18,551 for the work. Sally Strong was the lady who came out and she was very nice and very professional. We have a flat roof and I called Home Depot and told them that I wanted tar and gravel in order to replace what it already had. They told me that they did that but they sent out Sally who only did TPO roofs. It is great if you can afford it but I can't. She was okay but kind of pushy. She was nice and was trying to sell me a roof. I wouldn't take a quote from them again because they lied about doing what I wanted them to do.

I have always had a good experience renting the power tools at a reasonable price.

We went to Home Depot and found free samples of the product we could take home to decide on the color. After deciding on the color we went back to Home Depot to place the order. We had to pay for someone to come out to measure the room. That cost was later deducted from the price of the material and installation. We got a call from the people who measure the room and set an appointment. They were right on time. the next day we got a call from Home Depot to confirm a few details and give us a quote. We liked the quote and and sealed the deal. We then got a call from Home Depot that the material was in and we could pick it up. We had the option of paying for delivery, but we chose to get it ourselves. There were three pieces of molding short, but they came in a few days later. Since the laminate had to be in the room for three days before the installation the missing pieces were not a problem. The afternoon I picked up the last of the molding the installers called and said they could do the job the next day. They showed up on time and did a great job. I will use them again. I gave them a "B" on price because you can probably find a better price some where, but you won't find anyone easier to work with or better quality work.

THEY WORK AT A NICE STEADY PACE TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY DO NOT RUSH SO AS TO ENSURE THAT THERE ARE NO MISTAKES. THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL.

THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY ARE GOING TO DO. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL THEY ARE GOING TO BE USING AND THE SPECIFICS OF THEIR WORK. THEIR INSTALLERS HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR MANY YEARS.

IT DID TAKE A LITTLE BIT OF TIME TO GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT KIND OF DOORS WE WANTED. THEY GOT IT RIGHT, AND THE JOB WENT PERFECTLY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THE CARPETS IN ALL THREE ROOMS LOOK EXCELLENT, EVEN AFTER ABOUT A YEAR OF TRAFFIC. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL.

I WAS QUITE PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT AND DID A MARVELOUS JOB. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE THIS COMPANIES NAME OUT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE TO CONSUMERS.

I USED TO LIKE HOME DEPOT. I LIKED THE CARPET THEY INSTALLED, BUT THE SERVICE INSIDE OF THE STORE ITSELF IS HORRIBLE. NOBODY KNOWS WHERE ANYTHING IS. I WOULD NOT GO TO HOME DEPOT FOR ANYTHING BIG ANYMORE.

THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY DID CLEAN UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL.

HOME DEPOT DID GREAT. I REALLY LIKED WHAT THEY DID FOR ME. I THOUGHT THEY COULD NOT HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THE DOORS LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL.
