Hethr's House Cleaning and Janitorial

The work that was done was done well. The problem with this company is related mainly to their responsiveness. Initially, Hethr & her daughter-in-law came at the agreed time & worked for 1 hour & 40 minutes, for which we paid them $80.00 in cash. It took several weeks to get 2 "Paid Receipts" for the initial work done plus work on a second occasion. The work date for the second occasion was not entered into Hethr's Calendar, so we waited around the house all morning for a "no show." The second occasion was rescheduled for the following week & came off as rescheduled, with Andrea doing a good job. Finally, 2 "Paid Receipts" were received for the initial & second jobs. A third date was set for cleaning on February 24, 2016. That work was done again by Andrea & she was paid $40.00 in cash. To date, after several attempts to obtain a "Paid Receipt" from Andrea, there has been zero communication from Hethr regarding the matter. I last wrote 3 days ago, again requesting a 'Paid Receipt." We need the "Paid Receipt" for our tax purposes. After 2 months, this matter should have been taken care of by Hethr. We would never consider using this company again, or recommending it to others. Sorry to have to come across as negative, but that word describes our overall experience with what we hoped at the outset would be a good working relationship.

Hethr and her team fare exceeded expectation. Hethr was exceptionally efficient, trustworthy, and generous in dealing with me and considering my special circumstances. Not only did she and her team clean the house to spect, I felt I could trust them to leave the house in their capable hands so I could leave town. Thank you Hethr's housecleaning and janitorial service.. Wish you were in vegas too.
