 + -1 moreFrank is a superb architect who thoroughly knows his business. His advice and guidance were invaluable. He was responsive to all of our ideas or concerns. When issues arose concerning our property specifics, he jumped in and talked to essential officials to get accurate information. Frank has moved our project forward in a timely fashion, been on-time for EVERY appointment, and has treated every aspect of the work in a professional manner. We could not be happier with the job he has done for us.
Description of Work: Frank helped us envision and design an addition to our home that connects an out-building to the main house. The addition includes a hallway, a ramp, a storage room, and a family room. He also helped us redesign our out-building into 2 additional bedrooms with two bathrooms. The whole project is approximately 1500 ft2. After settling on a design for the expansion, Frank drew all the plans for the building and provided over-sight for the bidding process. The project cost is approximately $200,000.
