They called me back quickly and they were here the very next day. So far I am very satisfied with the service they provided. I had roaches and termites. Thank you for killing those nasty pests.

They were very prompt. Explained what they found. Explained my options. Provided treatment in a timely manner. I don't know how the price compares to other providers.

I requested a termite inspection for my elderly mother. They answered many questions over the phone and worked around my mother's and my schedule to accommodate us. Warren showed up on time to do the Termite Inspection. He was very courteous and professional and did a great inspection and thoroughly explained the termite problem and best solutions at a fair price. I highly recommend Exterm-It-All.

Exterm-it-All called me as soon as I put I a request. They came the very next day right on time and strategically set 4 traps after looking over our property and where our problem was. Gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. And most important, the traps worked. Good job...keep up the good work.

I feel like they just did the minimum amount of work necessary to get the job done but didn't apply a thorough approach. They told me from the beginning that they could only do so much to help the problem but I was encouraging them to put forth their best effort to find the source of the problem. Since the flies are back within a week, I don't think they looked for the source of the flies, they just sprayed and left. I will have to find another company who will be more thorough and put forth more effort to find the source of the flies. I would pay more if I knew there was an expert who could find the source of the flies. Actually, now I am paying more for someone else to find the source. They were nice on the phone and prompt with scheduling which is why I rated customer service high.
