Greg of Elite Pest Management was very responsive and professional regarding our insect problems and the nesting birds. His efforts over two months in those regards were effective as well as affordable, and I happily recommend his services against any such problems. However, despite repeated visits and his best efforts, Greg was unsuccessful with respect to our rodent problems that resulted in considerable damage to our irrigation system and kept us awake through the wee hours every night. Neighbor recommendations of Pied Piper anti-rodent services were on the mark -- the little guys' mayhem became only a memory within three days of Tim McMann's first visit.

We dug a trench and they soaked the ground outside. They are also coming back after the stucco work is finished, the stucco has to go below ground, and the trench has to be filled in to make sure its all treated. They are great. The price was right, one other bid received was over 3 times more expensive. They are very affordable and professional.
