Creative Car Care

He did not clean the console, the trunk/storage area, not even vacuum under the seats. The car was sopping wet - it took three days to dry! He used some "cleaner" that left a white powder all over he carpet. He did not clean the molding or the door seals. There was dirt on the doors. We took that car to another "detailer" who could not believe that the car had been "detailed". I called him and told him that he didn't know that there was a console since it wasn't cleaned. He explained that he wouldn't touch anything personal in the car. But the car was at our home, and he could have asked us to take the personal effects out of the car. When I explained that the car was not clean he told me to call back and schedule him on "Monday". When I took the car to another "detailer" I decided not to let Montoya touch the car again.

It went fabulous! I had seen his van advertising his services on Alameda one day and wrote down the phone number. I called him this morning and left a message. He returned the call promptly and he said he could be here within an hour to 1 1/2 hours. He was here exactly an hour later, just like he said. He was here working on my car for approx 2 hours. Maybe a little over. The car looks great. He was professional, prompt, said what he was going to do and did it. The other fabulous thing about his business is that it's a mobile service. He came to me! Came to the house--he just needed a faucet and electricity which was easy from the driveway. He told me he usually charges extra to come out this far and also as dirty as it was. But he didn't. The charge was what he said it was on the phone plus tax.
