+ -1 moreI inquired about cleaning services through this company. When they were 20 minutes late I texted them to which I was told they were not coming. NOT professional in my opinion. If you can't even show up to an estimate on time how am I to trust you to show up for weekly cleanings on time? Needless to say they did not get our business.

+ -1 moreCarmen's was great! Very professional, on time, and did an excellent job. I have used other cleaning services and Carmen's left my house the cleanest BY far. They actually took the time to roll up and vacuum underneath rugs! I'm pretty picky about my home, but they left me completely satisfied.
