This company provided a fair bid for the work agreed upon- only that's not what we got. The big issue for me was that once they were paid in full (he asks for installments) we couldn't get anyone to come out to finish the job. Cesar would tell us a day and then be a no show. We would call and usually he would make an excuse and schedule another day. We would even check in multiple times on the day he said asking when he would come and he wouldn't give specifics and then he'd no show. It got to the point where he was ignoring my calls and texts. It was been 4 weeks now since someone has been out to work on our backyard We had a TON of sod put in. They rushed half the yard so there are spaces, they didn't lay it flat at walls which created air pockets and the grass died. He promised to reseed any spaces and gave us a month warranty on the sod to replace any dead spots. As mentioned before- no one has been out in 4 weeks even though we've tried to get someone here! He also promised to fertilize the grass as well- never happened We have a sprinkler head that has been water the wall all the way around and over the wall in to our neighbors yard. He has known about this since it was installed and was reminded regularly by us but he has not come out to adjust it. Breaks my heart every time the sprinklers come on knowing we are wasting water. There are a few other things like it taking two weeks to get someone out to finish our fire pit and patio. When they finally showed they didn’t bring enough setting sand and they promised to be out the next day- didn’t happen. Someone came eventually but still seems like they didn’t have enough sand because it wasn’t worked in to the spaces properly. The fire pit bowl he put in hardly held up after one use- color was striping. Cesar is all talk with big promises with little to no follow through. Though the yard looks tons better than the dirt lot we had before- we did not get what was agreed upon. We paid in full and have not received a completed job. After posting reviews on other sites this is clearly how he operates. Once money is in hand- they stop showing up.
