Description of Work: They replaced a broken blind cord. The work was well done and faster then I expected. I only dealt with the girls at the pick-up station. Any questions I had about the work was relayed through these ladies or by phone. All-in-all it was a job well done.

Description of Work: Initial sales call was well presented. Salesman friendly and not at all pushy. Blinds took longer to come in, but installation was quick and well done. One large blind had a flaw which the installer recommended replacing, and one for the sidelight at the front door was reordered to fit more to our liking at no extra charge. We were well pleased with their service and product.

Description of Work: When our wooden shutter order was delivered we found that the salesman, who had come to our home, had got the order totally wrong. I just can't comprehend how this could have happened. However the vendor did rectify the error and refunded our money back. We did the whole thing over again in a new order, things went smoothly and the shutters are beautiful.

+ -1 moreBlinds are of medium quality. Blinds for 2 rooms had to be reordered as they had been "mismanufactured". Second half of bill was run through credit card twice. This was corrected promptly when brought to Dean's attention. Overall it, was a very frustrating experience.
