Betty Osoff-Hannagan

Betty is a gem. She worked with me for several months prior to finding a house I was interested in purchasing. She listened closely to what I was wanting, and when "the house" came to my attention, she was with me through two unsuccessful bids and the disappointments that came with them. She celebrated with me when we finally closed on the third attempt. During and after the sale, she was my resource for finding the right home repair people for the various small things: plumbing and roof inspections, electrical, etc.. I particularly liked that she recommended more than one person for each need, so I could work with the person I was most comfortable with. I never had the sense she was trying to promote one professional above the others and each person she recommended came with glowing credentials. She was very straight forward about strengths and weaknesses of each one, and I found her evaluations to be spot on. Betty and I have continued to be professional friends, and every so often she still calls to get my updates and to share in her successes. The level of personal attention, the willingness to keep in touch, and the interest she continues to show toward me and my home gives her an A+ rating in my opinion. I'd like to add that she never stops her personal growth and development,. Because real estate is an ever changing business, she makes a big effort to keep up with the times by keeping herself educated. She has recently earned several prestigious designations and certifications. I know that anyone would consider themselves fortunate to have her as their realtor.
