Description of Work: I received a call back from the owner, Chris, within a couple of hours and we set up appointment for the next day at a time convenient to me. He arrived early and the treatment took approximately one hour. He was FABULOUS! Very professional, very informative, very respectful of my concerns and did a wonderful job treating my house/ yard/ garage for a serious problem with cockroaches. In doing this, he also found several spiders which he killed. His treatment is guaranteed for 2 months - and he did not require a contract. I will use him again and recommend him highly!!

I am sorry for any inconvenience to you. I felt that no matter what solution I came up with for your Pigeon problem, you were not going to be satisfied. When I stated that we would not do Avitrol (bird poison) you appeared shocked and asked me why. I explained the dangers involved, including how people may see birds flopping around and it may stir up concern among neighbors. You were excited to see birds in distress with the hope that it would spook away the others. When we discussed the cleanup of droppings, I explained they would be neutralized, picked up and any remains on the roof would then be power washed. You were concerned on how we would contain any droppings from landing in gravel areas on side of house. This would be no different then if it were to rain and wash droppings from the roof or any droppings that may be there from birds flying over. Then your neighbor coming over and walking us down the street to look at what she believed to be a Pigeon coop in someones backyard, only to find a trampoline with a outdoor wooden play set made me a little uncomfortable. Almost as though there is some neighborly drama. Some of my ideas were met with rejection and I felt as though taking on this job may lead to a unsatisfied customer and bigger issues. I do wish you the best in resolving your Pigeon issues.
