Description of Work: The company built a patio on the back of our house. The patio has good bones but there could be a bit more attention paid to detail. There are scratches and dents in the patio from where they dropped tools and did not smooth out the dents. Also, the frame of the patio was taken off a bit too soon and there are areas where you can tell it. The first day they came, they arrived late and underestimated how long the job would take. They were not clear about what their expectations for payment were; instead they made jokes about receiving more money instead of just asking for what they wanted. | |I wouldn't use them not because the experience was so terrible, it wasn't a terrible experience. I would just go with another company with attention to detail and clearer expectations. Overall, decent job.
