+ -1 moreCalled me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Professional appearing truck and equipment. Provider was well groomed, well spoken, and prompt for scheduled appointment. I was a couple of minutes late but he was already at work inspecting areas around the house by the time I arrived. Provider answered all questions; he was patient if I did not understand; he was obviously overqualified for the job! Placed bait stations in the garage and in an upper storey floor. Complete preventive spray around the house. This was an appointment yesterday. Thus, I am not able to share "results" this soon. Service good for 30 days. They explained a yearly contract, but there was not pressure to do this. This is my first Angie's list experience. I never would have found this company if I had not become a member. Thank you, Angie

Description of Work: He came out on a special call because I had a question about carpenter ants. He comes out twice a year, and he did a special spray to make sure everything was okay.

Before he opened his company, he got a degree which had something to do with bugs and stuff like that so he knows from his training about bugs. He gave me a lot of tips. He tells me exactly what to do and certain situations.
Description of Work: I use ABQ-Rio Rancho Pest Solutions twice a year to do pest control. They did the inside and outside of the house.

Description of Work: We've had problems with groundhogs and moles. We have horses and we don't want the horses stepping in those holes, so they come out and take care of that for us.

They are there when they say that they are going to be there. If there is an issue then they make time to get there as quickly as possible.
