I called Jon early on a Saturday morning because the front door handle had fallen off. Since it had been attached to a metal plate, I assumed that it had to be reattached by a welder. Jon came right over--from Rio Rancho to Old Town--and explained to me that I needed a locksmith, not a welder He then told me that I could probably do it myself and proceeded to explain in great detail how I could take the lock apart and reattach everything. His charge? Zero! An amazing example of old-fashioned courtesy and professionalism.

Jon was able to come to my home to make the repair the same day that I called him. He arrived right on the scheduled time. The welding of the bar stool mount was professionally done and completed in about 1/2 hour. Very sastisfactory work. I will refer him to friends requiring welding jobs.

I needed the screen because my yards acts like a vortex for wind debris from my neighbors properties and the screen would keep the items from coming into my yard. He did an excellent job and I was pleased with his professionalism, work ethic, timeliness and attention to detail.

Jon responded quickly to my phone call and arranged an appointment just 1 day later. He arrived on time for the second appointment, too. He thoroughly described his proposed course of action to fix the gate by heating the pole at the bottom, then attach his truck-mounted winch to gently pull the pole back into place. He cut off the un-repairable toggle and welded a new toggle on the post. Both toggles are now aligned so the both sides of the gate open and close correctly. He was careful not to damage any other items in the driveway. He carefully cleaned up all the debris. He was professional in presenting his bill and taking payment. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
