+ -1 moreRays was punctual, friendly and professional. Our septic clean out had to be dug out and we didn’t have that completed. They jumped in and helped even though that wasn’t their job. We were extremely pleased. Would recommend and definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreThey never showed up and never contacted me. Terrible service, unprofessional and unresponsive.
Description of Work: I contact this company to have my septic system pumped. I spoke with the owner twice and set up a time for him to come, I made it clear I was cancelling work appointments based on his availability.
