Description of Work: Repair a leaking Toilet. I contacted this firm about a week before the service and the son told me he would call me that evening to schedule an appointment for the following Monday or Tuesday.No call came and I called on Wednesday and left a message. The Owner called me back and told me that they had been in my area earlier that day. He set the appointment for Thursday June 18th.He told me he would have to charge me for one hour travel time from Taos to my home at the price of $90.00 per hour. He was here on time, but while doing the work discovered that the toilet did not have a closet flange installed and had to go into town to get one from the hardware store.He returned repaired the toilet and charged me for 2.25 hours at $ 90.00 per hour.
