+ -1 moreI am incredibly blessed. Swanson is honest, skilled, and hardworking. He is careful about who he hires to work for him. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. I feel comfortable leaving him in the home when I need to run an errand. I will continue to use Cerro Alto Construction, LLC. and recommend their service.
Description of Work: I have used Cerro Alto Construction, LLC. about 6 times within the last 2 years. Some of the work Swanson has performed is as follows: he has re-done stucco; he has worked on heights; he has refinished iron railings; he has installed 3000 sq. ft. of porcelain tile on floors; he removed sliding glass door and replaced with a door and windows; he has done some landscaping; he has performed a limited amount of electrical work; he did a kitchen remodeling; he repaired and updated my front porch, he replaced some locks; and he has done some drywall and painting. Swanson is skilled on a lot of things.

+ -1 morej He came and we discussed the project in general. As the work was being done, he suggested modifications and improvements that made the finished job a thing of beauty that we are proud of and will enjoy for years to come.
Description of Work: Removed grass and installed artificial turf and landscaping gravel that included a path of a different color gravel. This included doing the research, obtaining material and doing the work. He was professional/ on time daily and provided updates. He finished the job ahead of time. The area transformed was about 17 x45 square years. We are very pleased with the job that he did and do recommend him to anyone who need this or any other work done around their home. We will call on hem first in the future for any and all work we need to have done.

+ 4 moreHe had to replace some of the tiles in the kitchen because our refrigerator leaked while we were away. He replaced the floor underneath the tiles and felt sure it wasn't just the refrigerator because of the marks on the wood. Sure enough, he found that the tube for the ice maker which we don't use was leaking also. So he not only does the job, but makes sure it won't happen again. Also, when he was painting trim, he recognized that water had been leaking behind the wood, damaging the wood, but not the inside of the house. He figured out how to stop that. He has suggested another plan to prevent water from getting into the garage which we'll do when budget allows. I can't think of any other details right now, but I hesitated to recommend him here because I don't want him to get too busy to rescue us the next time!
Description of Work: Swan, a licensed contractor, has done amazing carpentry, replacing a doggy chewed armrest on our couch so skilfully that we couldn't tell it from the original), fixed a window sill problem that confounded others, installed tile in our kitchen and bathroom, painted trim after replacing rotting wood. When our new large window arrives, he will install it and I guarantee it will be perfect!
