+ 1 moreThe hard water problem will need to be fixed with a water softening unit. At first, we were going to buy one from the original plumber, but after everything we went through with this guy so far, I think we're going to shop around this time.
Description of Work: This is the second time we used this guy. We originally had him install our natural gas line and a brand new "Eternal" on demand water heater. Mostly it was his assistant that did most of the work at that time. This time, we called him out to fix the water heater he sold us. He spent three days trying to figure out what was wrong with the unit, constantly on the phone with tech support for the unit itself. His assistant had left the business so he was by himself this time. Eventually, he figured that it was sediment blockage in the water heater that was causing the problem, and charged us 500+ for a tiny part, installation, and labor. The problem came back within a few days. We called ANOTHER plumber, and HE figured out the problem in about 15 minutes. Hard water. Tracy is ridiculous and we will never use them again.
