They did a great job. The house I inherited had mold in the whole house and they did a great job at getting it to pass.

A bit of confusion about scheduling. Text did not go through so our house was not put on schedule. Took off work at noon, but they did fit us in at 3:30. It was stated the tile did not need to be cleaned prior to sealing. In master bath right in the middle of the floor, there is drywall material that got sealed over. So an area of the grout is white, grout color is brown. Owner came out and took care of sealing. Very nice and cleaned up after. I was pleased with job until I saw master bath. Would of been an excellent rating if he would of take the time to clean the grout before he sealed it.

They came when they supposed to. My carpet looks brand new. They did an excellent job. They were very flexible in scheduling.

Prestige did a great job getting out various spots and doing a deep clean. We had never cleaned our carpets, after 11 years, so Prestige did an excellent job. We also paid a bit more for protective coating. Prestige also noted that carpeting on one of the stairs was loose and re-tacked it by using a kicker.

They contacted me promptly after purchase to schedule appointment. They were late to the appointment but they called to let me know, so that was fine. They cleaned the stairs, hall and part of a bedroom. It was done to my satisfaction.

They were very prompt with setting up an appointment and arrived on time. they also did a small carpet repair job at a very low cost. The crew was great and the job was completed as advertised

Very well. I had to reschedule several times and they were very accommodating. They did a very thorough and quality job. The technician was careful and courteous and paid attention to make sure that the job was done correctly. The owner (I think it was the owner) even stopped by during the job to make sure that everything was going well.

They did a terrible job. The tile was not clean. The grout was not clean. Do Not Hire these people.

Pretty sure the grout had never been professionally cleaned in the 25 years of the house's life. They spent a lot of time with the marble entryway, in particular, working to get the grout as white as possible. Will call them in again before another 25 years have elapsed.

The service was done by a father & son. They work together very well, anticipating what the other will need. They worked quickly, but efficiently. They moved the furniture to get to all surfaces, then put the furniture back in the proper places. They also covered the floor, so there were no drips or liquid getting on the hardwood.

Provider spent the time needed to get the work done well. My home is 25 years old and I doubt the tile grout had ever been steam cleaned. Some of the areas, particularly the marble tile in the entry foyer and the ceramic tile in the kitchen took a bit more work than Prestige had anticipated, but they took the time and did a good job. They were late arriving, but called to let me know that. Not sure why, since I should have been the first job of the day...and the last. Took about 6 hours.

They were very courteous and attentive. I was very pleased and would recommended them to anyone. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves too.

It was easy to reach Doug, and we set up a time for the work. Doug arrived promptly and worked on cleaning two 5x7 rugs, a sofa, and four dining room chairs that had upholstery on seats and back. It was wonderful to see the fabrics and rugs revitalized and bright! All went well, and I'd definitely call hiim again.

They arrived promptly and went to work quickly. They kept up the pace the entire time and cleaned up after themselves. The tile floors, carpet and sofa all looked great by the time they left.

It went really well. We had already moved to sd and needed someone to clean our carpets for the house we are selling in alb prestige came out and worked very hard to get all carpets cleaned. the deal was fro 1000 sq feet and since we needed two extra rooms done he did it for 75 additional which was great. The company was responsive very helpful and did a great job. relieved some of the stress since we are now out of town. would use him again and would recommend for others to use as well.

Doug did a beautiful job of cleaning, moisturizing, and protecting two chairs, one sofa, and one loveseat. The leather furniture is over ten years old but now looks like new. I am extremely pleased.

Doug and his assistant arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up a dirty kitchen tile floor, and then applying sealer to the tile. They cleaned everything up nicely and were very professional and courteous. I'd definitely use them again!
