Every time I spoke to him he said he would return my call and look at my furnace, but he never did.

Evidently they had never installed a new Carrier Heat Exchange unit. They hooked up the wrong thermostat control unit; they had too large a hole for the ductwork and put tape on the hole which did not fix the problem; they left wires unconnected outside at the unit so the air conditioning did not work. The heat strips are not large enough. They did not put the 200 amp service to the unit. (only 100 amps) I have 200 amps from the transformer to the box outside of the house. I have called Sears (from whom I bought the unit) and so far they have not completed their promise to get this unit fixed properly. I have Nestelroot Heating and Air Conditioning on call and Sears approved them fixing the air conditioning. I am now waiting for the job to be finished. Sears has not replied to four phone calls and a letter sent registered, return receipt requested. They received my letter 10/12/12 at 6:32 am.
