The technician tried to charge me almost $400 for a completely unnecessary repair. When I told him the parts he wanted to replace were just replaced 2 weeks ago by another company and our dishwasher was just clogged, he said he would put it back together and see if it would work without the expensive repair. Of course it worked just fine! Tried to rip me off. I will never use this company again.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and I went to Angie's to locate a repair company. One of the companies listed was Edwards Appliance Repair. I googled them and saw that they had some really good reviews. I msg them last night and this morning there was a reply when I got up. Tyler was courteous, professional and explained in layman's terms what the problem was. It needed a new motherboard. The cost was VERY fair and when I googled the average cost, ours was right in the middle. They'll be my first call if any other appliances decide to take a vacation!

Tyler is the best!! I was fortunate that he was able to fit me into his full schedule but I called him explained my problem w/my all in one LG combo washer/dryer and he came out to my home,repaired my appliance in less than an hour-all for a reasonable fee!! Thank you Tyler!
