The pro was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem right away, informed me of my options and we came to an agreement to complete the repair. He had to get a part and returned the next day and completed the job in about 10 minutes. He explained what warranty applied for the part and for the installation.

He called me from his truck and told me he was in the neighborhood and could be at my home in 20 minutes. Knowing the Amana Brand refrigerator/ice maker, he picked up a replacement ice maker and brought it with him. he arrived within 20 minutes as promised and had installed the new ice maker within 25 minutes of arrival. He was polite and friendly and the price was reasonable. I would happily hire his company for any other appliance repairs. Great job!
