+ -1 moreMy experience with East Mountain Computer has ALWAYS been a positive experience. This is the only place I will take my computers because its hard to find a business that cares, that is fair and that you can trust, and this business you can.
Description of Work: East Mountain Computer Services has been in business for many years and I have taken my computers in to have them either repaired or just general maintenance. Several years ago I had a computer built for me by Dan (owner) and it has been the most reliable and awesome computer I have had yet. Built to my expectations and more!

+ -1 moreExcellent. Very prompt service and very accurate diagnosis. I moved away in 2016 so I have not used Dan's computer services except for an occasional question.
Description of Work: Dan is excellent with setting up computers and equipment, repair and has always given me lots of advice and suggestions. He is very prompt and makes it convenient to work with him and files when I had to replace my computer. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan for any computer assistance.

+ -1 moreIt went well. Time is a consideration when not just walking into Apple Store for brand new goodies. But it was definitely worth it for me for a good product at a good price. Price has always been a significant savings for something I generally get good use from. If I have a question or concern, there is a prompt reply.
Description of Work: Over the years I have bought three refurbished laptops and a MacPro. Recently had MacPro updated a second time. Price was great and so was Dan's attention to detail and security.
