+ -1 moreThere were some problems in the beginning that were the architect's errors, but Mr. Madrid made it all work. That became his motto to us: "We'll make it work" - and he did. He is extremely easy to work with & his response even now after a year is still the same - he will come or send someone to fix the minor new home glitches as they arise immediately. He is very reasonable and puts quality into his homes.
Description of Work: Mr. Madrid built our new home and did a superb job.
