Awful experience. Even though the appointment was for a garbage disposal repair, the repairman showed up without a garbage disposal. He had to 'go back to the shop' to get one; I was billed for the travel time. He came back with a 3/4 hp unit, though I only needed a 1/2 hp unit replaced. When I got the bill for $494 I asked them to explain. The repairman told me to call and quot;Mikeand quot; at the office for an explanation...he just put in what they told him to do. I called and quot;Mike,and quot; who said he didn't know anyone called Mike. He said the repairman said I wanted the bigger unit. Not true. I asked why the unit was so expensive (It's $139 at Lowe's down the street) and he said they don't buy from Lowes (?). I've been a customer for about 10 years and things have always been a bit expensive, but this was crazy. Anyway, I asked for a decrease in the bill and he literally laughed at me. If you do business with these people, watch them very closely and take nothing for granted. And realize that having been a good customer in the past means nothing to them.

Superb. The job wasn't easy but everything was completed within a couple of hours and professionally done. They are quick to respond, friendly, and extremly helpful!

They were okay. They couldn't fix the problem, so they didn't charge me anything which was nice. Usually they charge you for a service call, but they didn't charge me a service call which was refreshing. Their punctuality was good and they were here when they said they are going to be there.
