Description of Work: They built a roof over my outdoor patio and they nailed the top on with 6" nails, leaving 4 " exposed and my son who is 6'2" tall had to duct so the top of his would not get cut. Where the patio meet the trailer was not connected and rain water has damaged front door which I am now having to replace along with inside 2x4's that support the door frame.

Description of Work: These guys did a great job on our roof. They never once bothered us for anything. They never played loud music and were very kind and courteous.I would use Moreno Roofing anytime and would tell others to do the same. Thanks for a Great Roof Guys. Robert Garriott

Terrible!
Description of Work: Contacted Moreno Roofing to get an estimate on a new roof. The secretary said they would be right out to give one. One week later they still had not shown up, so i called again. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would be out in the next day or so. another week later they showed up in shorts and a tank top (very un professional). Gave a fair estimate and I told him that I would like for them to do the service. He pulled out the contract and said it would be 2 weeks before they could get started. 2 months later they showed up at 6:00 am and just started working! The actual roof job looked really good but the mess they left and all the cable wires hanging everywhere left me very upset! All in all I would not use them EVER again!
