+ -1 moreRoy was easy to get a hold of and was kind enough to make an appointment for me after work. He was prompt and there before the scheduled time. I called Roy as he came highly recommended by a half dozen people when I asked around about appliance repair. He fixed my oven in under a half hour and for substantially less than I thought it was going to cost me. He thoroughly explained the work that he did and I will gladly recommend him and call him if I need any repairs in the future. Thanks Roy!!!! A++++

+ -1 moreHe did not charge me for the time he took to get to my home and his time to check the frig and determine that it could not be fixed. He was very professional and I was amazed that he would not charge for his time and expertise!
Description of Work: He check my refrigerator and advised me that it would be best to purchase a new one.

+ -1 moreHe did a great job, he had the parts the washer needed on his truck, and showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He fixed a couple of other minor items with a few more parts and evaluated the washer - bearings, pump, etc. and found that it's still in good shape after 15 years.
Description of Work: He came in and finished the repair of my washing machine that I had started but didn't have the parts to fix it.
