Replaces most shingles, but did not redo the porch which was part of the agreement. I have to guess if they did the tar paper. Vents were not replaces only painted over. While up there, they neglected to say anything about the rotting roof. We also have a leak due to their lack of replacing the vents and sealing them properly. Some trash was left behind. Called to ask for them to come out and fix it, they said because the insurance didnt pay them the last $900 of the $19000 for the job, they refused to do anything. Very rude customer service. I get the feeling many reviews are from friends and family because this person did not give any indication of professionalism. Have to go through the insurance company on getting it all fixed again.

they were very pleasant and professional; the work was completed and done well with one exception...there was a persistant leak after roof replacement. One leak was finally found and fixed, but the other was not. Multiple attempts to contact to fix this last persistant leak were not answered unfortunately. LoneMountain Roofing installed a flashing that fixed the leak which could have been done previously by Premier. Otherwise they were excellent to work with.

er calls Workers arive early and start working, a hard bunch of workers I felt safe and left my garage open for them to get some shade! Chris the owner said I needed new flashing for my cooler ,I told him to do it. He was all professional and took care of it for me.No mess well cleaned up You better look at this crew! Cliff

They started on time, we're very efficient and professional. The removed the old roof in sections and started installing the new roof while continuing the old roof removal. This minimized the area of roof uncovered. The entire job took 1 and a half days. They leaned up debris as they went along so our house was not a mess. They cleaned off the driveway before my husband came home so he could put his car in the garage. When done, they ok a large magnet and ran it along the perimeter of the house to pick up any loose nails or metal. I was very impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness. They did a great job on the roof.

Helped me fight insurance company to replace roof. Was very helpful and did a great job, but there have been a couple of leaks afterwards which ARE under warranty, but getting him over here to fix the leaks has taken months.

The owner, Chris, was very professional. He provided and estimate and indicated our insurance company would likely pay for the roof since he observed wind and hail damage. Our insurance adjuster came out and Chris was available to help with the inspection. The insurance claim has been approved and we are awaiting the installation of our new roof. Chris was very professional and helpful. We look forward to our new roof. I confirmed that Roofing by Premier has an A rating with the better business bureau, and is a local business.
