Can't say enough about Priority Plumbing & Heating. James Luna is the principal and was stellar start to finish. Most impressively, he came out on a Sunday evening to quickly address a small followup issue. His assistants, Frank and Mexico, were excellent: personable and professional. As good a service as I could have hoped for!

Brian was punctual, professional and courteous. He cleaned up any mess made, provided a detailed service invoice, and made sure we were satisfied in every way. We will definitely call this company again when needed.

Showed up on time. The service man was very courteous. He had the correct part with him and immediately made repairs. He also checked other aspects of my water heater, such as condition of the flue and the color of the flue exhaust and assured me everything looked in order.

Brian was professional and efficient. He located the issue on the furnace almost immediately and showed me the problem...clogged hose due to condensation. The gas fireplace required a new control module. I offered to go pick ck up the part in ABQ...he called the supplier, provided mean with the part # and cost. He gave me his cell # to call upon my return. I did. He arrived prior to scheduled appointment. He replaced the module and test it a couple times. He then cleaned up after himself

My insurance Co sent out a cleanup company to clean out the area, shut off water and finished cutting out 4x4 section and waited for plumber. I called plumber. He came out, climbed under, went for parts, returned and repaired leak. It was cheap but I don't have anything to compare it to.

After scheduling two appointments for an estimate, and twice had no one show up - I would not recommend them.

I called Priority in the morning after the furnace motor had gone out overnight. Originally the appointment was set for 12-2, but Brian was able to come by around 10, which was good. We asked him if he could also take a look at the ducts and bring us a filter, which he did. He was friendly and responsive to our requests. Because of other calls and a trip to Albuquerque to get parts, Brian couldn't get back to us until after 5. However, he came and worked late, got the new motor in and the ducts tightened up. It blows real well now.

Left a message that we needed help and they called back about noon. They said they could have someone there in about a half hour and I said and quot;Greatand quot;. About 20 min. later Bryan arrived and took a look around, inside and out. He discovered that not only was the washer drain plugged but the downstairs toilet, shower, sink, and upstairs bathtub were too. He snaked the drains from the outside and from the inside, having to move the washer and dryer to do part of his work. He just left and I am very happy with the service he provided. He was very friendly and courteous and explained everything he was doing so I would understand. He was there for a couple of hours and all of our drains are running freely now. I would definitely call them again.

I contacted Priority on July 15th and was told a plumber would be out between 10:00AM and noon. That did not happen. I called the company and left a message. I was called about mid afternoon, and I was informed that the person who was to come ended up with a job that was taking longer than expected. I can understand that. He was then scheduled to come to our house the next morning at 8:00, and he was exactly on time. As I wrote previously, he had to cut a section out of the wall to get to the shower plumbing. The fix was easy. The section that was cut out of the wall needed to have a frame built around it,much like a picture frame so the cut out panel could be placed back into the wall so it would not fall inward. The plumber went and got the material to do the job. He spent some time to fashion a frame for the drywall piece but finally told me he could not do it. He was honest and only charged me a little bit over an hours time even though he was probably was on the job for over three hours. He was very honest and friendly. I presume the plumber that serviced us is good. As for his carpentry skills, I think it needs to be honed. I would still recommend the company.

Both times, Brian has been very friendly, professional, and helpful. He has been prompt, both times showing up before our scheduled appointment. He also cleaned up after he was finished with the work.

I made an appointment for service because a water pipe broke to my outside faucet where my swamp cooler water line was hooked up to, so we could get water to the cooler pads. The water pipe broke so my brother did quick fix and just capped the pipe so water wouldn't leak or run out. I explained this to the receptionist I made the appointment with. I also explained to her that we wanted the cooler water line to be hooked up to the water heater, and that the pipe fix was leaking water and needed to be recapped. My appointment was made for between 12pm - 2pm. By 3:55 pm I called the office and asked if my appointment was in fact for the time she gave me and she said yes and asked me if no one had shown up yet. I told her no. She said she was going to contact her plumber who was supposed to come and would call me back. 10 minutes later she called, said the plumber was just finishing the clean up on the job he was at and would be contacting me shortly to get direction to my house. When he arrived and after I explained what I wanted done, he said he was told he was just supposed to hook up the water line to a water source. I said no, I then explained to him what I wanted done and he took a look at the water heater and the capped pipe, went back to the water heater and said he didn't have the fittings he needed to hook up to the water heater. He said he was going to go to the hardware store to get the fittings he needed. More than an hour later I received a call from the receptionist saying he broke down and then she hemmed and hawed about not knowing what was going to happen, maybe if he got back to the shop in time he could come back out and fix it, or maybe they would come up with something else. After this conversation I never heard back from them. i never got my water line fixed!!

Brian was on time, did good work, but spoke on the phone in the 1 1/2 hours he was here. Twice. He charges $84.50 per hour.

He did all the plumbing when we redid our kitchen. He is close to us. Brian does a really good job. He cleans up after himself. He gives us his cell phone number if he is going to be late. His pricing is good. I will continue to use him in the future.
