+ -1 moreThey were able fix my problem quickly. Somewhere along the line I had deleted something that I needed to connect to the internet. I'm not a computer geek so I don't really remember what they did, but they never talked down to me. They explained everything they did in simple terms. I dropped it off and they called me 2 days later that they were done. I told them I wasn't in any hurry as I have another to use so I considered that really fast service.
Description of Work: I was unable to connect to the internet, and my computer was slow.
