floor cleaning
+ -1 moreStripped approx one thousand sq ft of ceramic tile and cleaned a three hundred sq st carpet and charged $405.00 plus tax. The work was good quality, he was on time and brought extra labor to finish the job. They left the place clean and in good shape. Friendly and even stayed past his estimated time because the coating on the floor required extra work which he did not charge me for. All in all a very good experience.
Description of Work: Stripped approx one thousand sq ft of ceramic tile and cleaned a three hundred sq st carpet and charged $405.00 plus tax. The tile was striped of its sealer coating and the grout was scrubbed. I also had him clean the master bedroom carpeting (which was very dirty) and it came out very clean. The two gentlemen that he brought with him scrubbed the grout and did a good job, while he operated the scrubber that removed the sealer finish and shampooed the carpet.

floor cleaning
+ -1 moreI just saw the result and I'm so happy that I actually joined Angies List so I could tell someone. He did a great job. The cleanup was MUCH harder than he expected and he spent hours longer than he estimated - yet his invoice was exactly what he promised. The floors look fantastic. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He and another person took care not to mess up the newly painted baseboards (or anything else, which sadly is a first). From the start he returned my calls promptly, arrived on time, kept me posted, AND did wonderful work. I'd recommend him to my mother.
Description of Work: We had a bit of a disaster when a company hired to do some plaster and paint work failed to protect our recently restored saltillo tile floors. There were horrible scratches, dried paint and plaster as well as gouges from them trying to undo their dried drips and spills. I hired Morning Star to come in and clean up the mess and try to restore the floors. They had been recommended by the previous owner.
