 + -1 moreAs above, and he shows up on the day planned and calls if he has an emergency outcall which delays him, which is rare. We have challenged him with our interesting Ikea bath vanities, our small bathrooms and our retrofit ideas. He always makes it work with never a leak. And he is a perfectionist, who makes it look good and cleans up after the jobs beautifully. He has years of experience and knows older plumbing and how to deal with it to bring it to current standards.
Description of Work: Re-installed 2 toilets and installed 2 IKEA bath sinks, the new kind with almost full drawers and no cutouts for plumbing, which is tricky on 35 year old plumbing. Installed 2 faucets for same. Found a small gas leak in garage that the gas co.could not find, and fixed it perfectly. Phone number is wrong on listing. 550-0429 is correct. Leland has been our plumber for 35 years. He is completely honest and totally trustworthy. Installed new trim kit on his previously installed shower valve and his previously installed raised shower head for our fully rebuilt shower. Gave us advice on the water heater chimney which seemed too large to us.

 + -1 moreHe made himself available when most people were on vacation, and he did a professional job replacing the cracked pipe. He was very pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: We had the septic back up which uncovered a leak in the drain pipe under the house on Christmas Day. He came out and fixed the pipe the next day.
