 + -1 moreHe found the system was leaking. I delayed writing this review because I thought his fees were excessive. Live and learn, I got an estimate from another plumber after a third plumber had stopped the leaks. The other plumber gave an estimate of over $300.00, so maybe the fees I paid for this test weren't as outrageous as I thought.
Description of Work: (Set up by Real Estate agent; the test was in progress and had already failed before I was notified.) Pressure test of natural gas system for a home.

 + -1 moreSome of the plumbing seemed to be done wrong. We had a bit of leak after he left. The price was higher than the given estimate. We probably won't use him again.
Description of Work: He had to take my sink out, and they installed a granite counter top. Then they put the sink back in place, and then installed the plumbing.

Description of Work: I have roots and have to have a plumber out twice a year to snake the line. Manzano can always come out right away ( or the next day ) and they are friendly and reasonably priced. I have used a lot of plumbing companies- I finally found one that I can count on for all my plumbing needs!

 + 0 moreDennis responded quickly to my initial call, came to the house to inspect the leaking faucet. He tried to repair the existing faucet, but that was not possible. He recommended and acquired the replacement faucet since it was not available through any retail outlets. He recommended an under-sink water filter which I purchased. Dennis called me as soon as he had the new faucet and we set uop a time for him to install it. He arrived at the appointed time and completed the work within an hour. I am very pleased with the new faucet and will continue to use Manzano Plumbing because of its great reliability.
Description of Work: I had my kitchen faucet replaced and an under-sink water filter installed. Dennis's work is efficient and reliable. He is punctual, cleans the work area when he is finished. I have used Manzano Plumbing for furnace checks, repairing leaks, cleaning the sewer line, replacing the gas line, and replacing part of the water line to the house. I've not used any other plumber for the past 6 years. I can recommend this work very hightly.
