Wesley Garley was super responsive. I literally was speaking to a technician within minutes of setting up my quote. The team showed up on time and went through all functions, and it took the extra time of walking me through what was going on. Huge thanks to the Garley team for getting the furnace back to where it needed to be. If you ever need heating and cooling service, I would totally use and recommend it.

My upstairs A/C unit stopped working in the middle of summer after we had completely replaced the outside unit less than two years ago. I called a few other local places and couldn't get appointments for 8+ days out. After getting a hold of Wesley on a Tuesday afternoon, he was at my house the next morning, ordered the part, and had it installed the next day. If this isn't incredible customer service, I don't know what is. Not only was he very professional, he also educated us in how to maintain our units to be more efficient. 10/10 would recommend this company and will absolutely work with them again in the future!

Wesley and Nick did an amazing job. We recently moved into a 35yr house with old rusted swamp coolers. Was a Big Job converting 3 outdated swamp coolers to new air conditioning units and replaced all the furnaces as well. Quoted a price better than any competitors and delivered with an upgraded product at a minimal additional price. Required new electrical panel to bring things up to code. Wesley's team was highly respectful and understanding of concerns including health during the pandemic. Worked long hours and did not leave until job was done right. Even came back when there was a minor issue to fix. Install included 5-year service contract and I look forward to working with them in the future. I don't always feel I can trust servicemen but have no trouble trusting Wesley and his crew at Garley Heating and Cooling!

My furnace went out the day before New Year's, and Wes was the only HVAC company who was able to send someone out the same day. The repairman was professional and friendly, found the problem and fixed it. Since the problem was the inducer (?) motor, he recommended it be replaced, and gave me some time to think about it. His fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company, and will call on them again if the need arises.

We lost heat during a very cold snap and Garley heating were out to us in a very short time. The technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. They quickly isolated the problem and performed the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend this company.

With all the HVAC companies out there it is hard to find one you know you can trust to be honest. Found this company on Angie's list when our thermostat stopped working. Of the 3 companies I sent a request to, Wesley Garley was the only one to respond immediately. Received a text within the hour and was set up with a tech the next morning. Nick showed up as promised and made quick work of our issue. Hard to find a company that has fair prices and great business ethics these days. A 5 star recommendation to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
