I loved this company for their no-nonsense and friendly attitude. They told me exactly what needed to be done, what else I might need to pay for and after the service, what future repairs might need to be done but were not necessary at the moment. Total cost was 25% of other quotes I received! Additionally, they showed up when they said they would - both for the quote and the work. Awesome service!

I really love how honest and dependable Chris' team was. The price I was quoted was what I paid... this never happens in my experience. I was happily surprised they were able to come out and install my new toilet quickly and kept the areas very clean and organized. They were scheduled for 10 to 12 on Wednesday. They called in the morning to let me know they were picking up parts and would arrive after lunch. They arrived at 1:30 and promptly repaired the toilet. Adam and Moses were both friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Too expensive, charged 2 hours time for 1/2 hours work. I do understand charging for truck time, but their office was very close. Very polite, nice young man though, no issue there.

They were wonderful. He was actually short a plumber that day and he was kind and patient,knowledgeable. Adam he is truly a gem and in this industry it is rare to find someone who is still positive and excited about their profession and so passionate. It was truly a joy. the price was fair and I could have gone to another contractor but I liked him so much that I waited 2 weeks for him to come back from vacation.

We had a whole home water filtration system installed by this company on a Friday. On the following day (not even 24 hours after the installation) one of the pipes installed split and water was going everywhere. We left 4 messages for the installer on his cellphone. We called the cellphone # on the business card for the company 4 times but couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. We called the office # 4 times but there was no answer nor a voicemail recording. We had to turn the water off from the main waterline. After 4 - 5 hours of no response we called another plumbing company who could come on a Saturday but we had to wait until the employee on call could get here. The on call employee called us back within 5 minutes to let us know how soon he could get here after other jobs with a higher priority were taken care of. That employee from the company we called after no response from Elevated Mechanical called us back 3 more times keeping us informed as to his arrival time. We were without water for 9 hours. The fact that there was no way to contact anyone from Elevated Mechanical for an emergency situation caused by faulty installation by one of their employees cost us in terms of money, time, and aggravation. It's too bad I can't give this company all zeros. We feel they should reimburse us for our costs.
