I made plans with him to do the work and then waited several days for needed parts to arrive. On the day before he was scheduled to come, he told me he could not do the job. He gave me no explanation. I had to find someone else. Although he did call to cancel, I felt canceling the job without explanation was unprofessional. If he could not do the job, he should not have agreed to take it on in the first place..

This review is based on me trying to contact them and get an estimate. I first sent an email through their webpage, but after a week of not hearing from anyone, I called. I talked to the owner I believe (Gordon) and he said if he couldn't come out that same day, he would definitely come out the following day to give me a free estimate. It's been almost 2 weeks and I've not heard a peep from anyone there. Apparently, the work is not needed on their end which is too bad because they are the closest to me and if their estimate had been the best . . . I'm just more surprised because when I called, he apologized to me saying there had been two of us (with apparently the same first name) and he didn't realize no one had gotten back to me yet. But since I've had no further contact with this business, not so sure I was being told the truth any longer. The only reason I did not give a F rating is because when I spoke to him he was pleasant. I notice the company responded with "I don't do erosion work." That was not mentioned at all in our conversation. But even if that was the case after the fact, he did not have the courtesy to even call me back. I would never recommend this company based on that - he does not know how to deal with customers or potential customers (who might've given a good referral even if the work couldn't be done - that won't be happening now).

He is absolutely fantastic. We have used him many times.

He arrived on time and worked about 7hrs. He has a good work ethic Gordon has a variety of skills,so he'd probably do whatever you needed

Very timely and done properly

I arrived home after work to find my yard had been cleaned up alright. It as free of weeds as well as several plants and scrubs that it has taken me ten years to cultivate. Gordon and I did walk through prior and I assumed he was listening. Plants and scrubs that I have worked on for quite a while, only needed trimming, are now completely chopped down and all that is left are the stumps in the ground. Branches cut off of shrubs for no reason, my side yard is now void of any plant material. All my Iris are gone, ground cover gone - it is now just brown dirt. My favorite pine tree in my driveway - all the lower branches gone. I thought I hired Gordon - come to find out from neighbors that he hired five people with chain saws and weed wackers and he was not supervising. Gordon didn't bother to advise me that he would not be and quot;minding the storeand quot;. Additionally, someone made decisions they had no business making without my input. I've used Gordon and Jen on many occasion, but never again.

Gordon and Jen did so much I couldn't begin to recount it all. The work was both inside and out. I especially loved the installation and painting of floor moldings. Gordon also reworked my distillery. Wow! Great people - great work!

He arranged for repair of 3 windows that we had broken when we tried to do it ourselves. He gave us an accurate estimate and stayed within his estimate despite having to do a lot of extra work to fit the windows in. Very professional and punctual. He cleaned up after himself well. I would definitely call him again for work around the house.

The project went smoothly. I was provided specs for approval before construction began. Gordon assisted me in selecting the color of the paint thru changes of the design during construction. A job well done.

It all went very well, and they did every task I asked them to do.

Overalll it was just a good experience, but not exemplary. I did refer them to my parents and it was about the same sort of experience.

First, it was a hassle to set an appt. for her to even come look at my house to see if she wanted to take the job. After we did set an appointment, she completely blew it and was working elsewhere when she was supposed to be at my home. AND she never ever called me back!

I had him re-sod my backyard and including sod and labor, it cost about $500 which is nothing. He did all the work himself. Gordon is a graduate of Arizona State, and that is a golf course school. He sodded this with not only the grass on top, but with two layers of different types of materials. First of all, he removed what was there initially then put the two layers of materials down and then the sod. His wife Jen, in the house she totally tears apart everything and cleans everywhere. Baseboards, windows, the light switches, just everything. It is spotless. My house was shining like a penny. They're most excellent.
