+ -1 moreAlfredo came out and conducted a line by line estimate of what he would do and explained it as he identified items. He and his crew patched the holes and cracks and dug 4 inches around the exterior walls of the house. They did prep work before entering the stucco phase. They made certain their equipment was positioned where it had the least environmental impact. When it was time to stucco he brought in enough people to complete the job within two days. They did not use spray on synthetic. They trowelled like the regular stucco application is done. After they completed the job they cleaned up and put things back as they were. Alfredo was on the job the complete time and was available to answer questions at all times. He came back for inspection and made himself available later on.
