Description of Work: The provider did a drywall repair to my mother's bedroom ceiling and a repair to the support beams on the back porch awning. Was friendly and down to earth and did very good quality work for a very fair price. Provider was supposed to return to install a dog door in the back door of the house ad soon as he and my mother could schedule a time that worked for both of them. We paid him for the future install at the time we paid him for the completed repairs. I'm not sure the circumstances....but the doggie door still has not been installed.

+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare. They NEVER showed up on time. My husband was a contractor, so I found myself telling them what they needed to do. I STILL have construction materials lying in my courtyard. They did NOT clean up after themselves. I had a signed contract. The guy came to me one day saying it was "harder" than expected, and that they needed more money. The final straw was a phone call at 2:30 AM, about how he just wasn't making any money on this job. His children were running in and out.. and destroyed one cabinet in my living room. They kept turning on the radio and blaring music, I would come and turn it off and they would just turn it right back on. They had to use some of my husbands tools, and those tools ended up "missing" when it was all said and done.
Description of Work: Hired them to add two beams for support to my living room ceiling.
