What a nightmare ! After 4 hours and a $479 bill the work was either not performed or was performed poorly. The toilet re-clogged within a short time and the toilet was reinstalled improperly and now leaks at the base. The washers were either not installed or were installed improperly resulting in a significant water leak. And to add insult to injury we were charged for the washers that we provided. The owner is unresponsive to customer dissatisfaction afterward. DO NOT use this company.

Terrible. When my furnace started giving me trouble, I searched for plumbers who specialized in heating repairs online. Waller's plumbing claimed they had free estimates on their website so I called them along with a couple of other companies. A worker from Waller's showed up quickly and everything seemed to be going fine. He was at my house for 5-10 minutes and wrote down the part numbers of components I needed to have replaced. He then left and said he would get a quote for me later, sometime after the long weekend. My next plumbing contractor told me he could get it completed faster so I naturally went with him instead with it being winter and my heater being broken. I called Waller's plumbing and said I would not need their services at this time. A month or so later I got a bill from them for a full hour of work (~$112). I called the company to ask what this was for and they told me they would look in to it because they agreed that the estimates should be free. They called back later and told me that what happened was that they accidentally sent the wrong person. The person who was sent does not do estimates and that is why I got the bill. They then said that I am responsible for the charges but that if I decide to use their company they will credit any future costs to this bill. I said that was ridiculous because it was supposed to be a free estimate and that it is not my problem that they sent the wrong person to my house. I have since received an additional bill, now with late charges added, for the so called "free estimate". They also never even provided an estimate so I really do not know what they are expecting me to pay for. This company seems very untrustworthy based on their billing practices which is unfortunate because I was impressed with all other details of the work that was provided.
