Description of Work: I never had Silco do any painting for me, I sold Rob paint for jobs he was doing. He was always picking up his orders when he said he would and always being very attentive to his clients needs. He would always know exactly what he needed to finish a job and do it right the first time. Customers are always praising what a great job he did for them. If I ever need to hire a professional painter I will be calling Rob first.

Description of Work: Called based on the single review in Angie's. He is booked through the rest of the year and was very honest that he could not do anything for us until next year. He also did not feel comfortable recommending any one else in Los Alamos area as he did not believe they provided a quality product. Gotta respect someone who is honest.

+ -1 moreThe service provider here is basically one person, but he accomplished so much on some days I couldn't believe he was on his own. Over much of the surface of the house, he took it down to bare wood. On the first day I saw that, I knew that I had someone who would be doing a high quality job. Despite the fact that 80% or more of the old paint, at least three layers, came off the walls, there was hardly any detectable paint debris when he was done. Everything was masked and carefully painted. And, when I had to replace a windows rotten molding, since it was not a standard size, Rob took the wood I bought home with him and ripped it down to size, and then replaced it himself gratis. We could not be happier with the results.
